Nothing opens before 7:00. Ginza is the only neighbourhood here where that is true. Even Ebisu, which is famously late, has two Doutor branches before 7:00. Ginza has nothing. It is a district that runs on shopping hours, not commuting hours.

There is nothing here. Tokyo Station is one stop on the Marunouchi line and has coffee from 5:30; Kanda is two stops and opens at 7:00 with independents rather than only chains.

The stand I run is at the Kanda end — takeaway only, no seats, ¥390 before tax. It is the opposite of what Ginza is for, which is the point if you are just passing through early.
